Jeff Kuennen and Chip Ainsworth have been in the residential building industry for over 30 years combined. They began their business building custom homes in Marion, Iowa area, in 2006. Now, they have expanded their business to neighborhoods of Fairfax, North Liberty, and other communities in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor. 

They work with local subcontractor and suppliers to build a quality home that you are proud to call your own. Jeff and Chip are hands-on builders, who are on the buildsite daily to ensure your job runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.
